I, Karthik, am writing to request information regarding the EPF account of my wife, Neha, D/O venu, as per the court records.
In view of the judgment in a similar case (Honble CIC / EPFOG/A/2020/133178-UM Naresh Kumar yalla vs epfo ), where the CPIO was directed to furnish the details of PF of the appellant’s wife, I humbly request the same information in the interest of justice. The decision (Annex- C) mandates that the CPIO must provide the details upon determining the identity of the appellant as the husband of the person whose details have been requested.

3. Information on contributions received from the employer of ( company name ) from the date of joining to the present date, against the Aadhaar number (123456789101112) and PAN Number (HUIGH5811C) of Neha D/O Venu
4. Verification of the correctness of the information provided against the Aadhaar number (123456789101112), PAN Number (HUIGH5811C), and Company Name: ( COMPANY NAME )for Neha.
5. Details regarding any facility available for EPF members of establishments covered under EPFO to verify their contributions.
Additional Information Requested:
1. UAN Number, current working company name, and current working company joining date for Neha, D/O venu.
2. Contribution starting date and ending date in the current working organization, as well as the previous organization, for Neha, D/O Venu.
